A new contemporary gallery in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. We are a “by appointment” gallery with limited public hours. Earth Maker hosts 6 new exhibits a year, with regular rotating work by resident artists Thomas “Breeze” Marcus & Gloria Martinez-Granados.

Earth Maker Gallery’s inaugural exhibit shares the work of 2 prominent contemporary Native American artists, Dwayne Manuel of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Community (Onk Akimel O’odham), and Douglas Miles of the San Carlos Apache Tribe.

Our Vision

Earth Maker aims to fill a void in downtown Phoenix. The gallery is owned and operated by local O’odham artist Thomas “Breeze” Marcus. The landscape of galleries in Phoenix has shrunk over the years, with very little focus on Native Art, graffiti art, street art, muralism etc.

Subcultures and subgenres that go against the grain can provide powerful imagery and narratives which often get overlooked. Earth Maker aims to highlight and celebrate a variety of work that speaks “loudly”
